Tara Manzano is a registered and licensed occupational therapist that specializes in MFR (Myofascial Release).  Tara is co-owner of Myofascial Release of Southern Illinois, LLC.  She graduated from Eastern Kentucky University in 2001 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Occupational Therapy.  Tara attended her first John F. Barnes Myofascial Release course in 2007 in search of a modality that would help not only her clients but also herself.  After car accidents that left her with 3 cervical bulging discs she was in search of true, authentic healing.  After receiving Myofascial Release and learning self-treatment, Tara is now enjoying a pain free life with her family. Tara continues to advance her professional growth by attending John F. Barnes Seminars annually. ​
